Brendan Hall is available on a first come, first served basis. Hall rental is $200 and requires payment prior to the event. If your event requires the use of an additional bartender, an additional, yet nominal, fee will be charged. Can I Bring My Own Beverages? No. Alcoholic beverages and soda pop may be purchased at the bar. Alcoholic beverages must be purchased by an active member of the club for a guest over 21 years old. Can I Bring my Own Food? Yes. Brendan Hall does NOT have a functioning kitchen, therefore, the need to bring in your own food and or caterer is allowed. I have a lot of people coming to my function. Do they all have to buy memberships? No. For guests purchasing non-alcoholic beverages, no membership is required. Temporary event memberships may be purchased for $5, good for the entire year, for guests (over 21 years old) to purchase alcohol.
